Booking:
We are able to hold a booking for 2 days if required. A 20% deposit is then necessary to secure the booking. The final amount is due 12 weeks prior to the arrival date. If a security deposit is required the amount will be shown when you make your booking. Any security deposit will be requested the week before you arrive and will be returned within 10 days of your departure, provided that the property is left in a satisfactory condition.

Number of guests: This property sleeps 20 guests in 8 bedrooms. 4 more people can be accommodated at an extra charge per person. You can view where these extra beds are on the FLOOR PLANS.
Cots: 2 travel cots are available. These should be selected when doing your room configurations.
Room configurations: Please refer to the ROOMS section of the FLOORPLANS page to see what type of beds each room has.
Dogs: 2 dogs are allowed at this property by prior arrangement. There is a small charge per dog.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use outdoor plugs or cables from the house to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging and Holiday Accommodation). Please research the local area to find the nearest charging points.
BBQ: There is a gas BBQ with gas provided. Available Easter to end October.
WIFI: There is WiFi, however this is a rural location and so the speeds may not be as quick as you are used to. We would recommend that you download anything that you might need before your stay to avoid being disappointed.
Sky: This property has SKY (full package).
Music: There is a sonos system within the property. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.
Wood-burner: There are open fires and a wood-burning stove at House on the Hill, with logs provided.
Food deliveries: Waitrose, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Tesco and Asda will all deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.
What's provided for your stay: There is enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for a dinner party.
Initial supplies* of the following are provided: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet. salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, a dish cloth and scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, 2-in-1 washing powder, hand soap.
Welcome Packs of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Hairdryers in all bedrooms.

Bed linen and towels: All duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided. Duvets and pillows are filled with duckdown and feather. Cot mattress sheets, bath robes, bath towels and hand towels are supplied. We recommend that you bring extra towels for swimming and appropriate footwear (flip-flops) and for going to and from the pool.
Swimming pool: The outdoor heated pool is in a courtyard close to the house, right next to the games room. It can be used from April to the end of October and is heated to 28-30 degrees, measuring 13m x 4.5, with steps for access at the shallow end. The shallow end is 1m deep and the deeper end 2.2m. If guests wish to bring their own inflatables to use in the swimming pool these must not contain glitter.
