We are able to hold a booking for 2 days if required. A 20% deposit is then necessary to secure the booking. The final amount is due 12 weeks prior to the arrival date. A £500 security deposit is then paid the week before you arrive and will be returned within 10 days of your departure, provided that the property is left in a satisfactory condition.

Number of guests: This property sleeps 14 guests in 7 bedrooms, with room for 2 more people at an extra charge per person. Please refer to the FLOORPLANS to see where these extra beds can go.
Cots: 2 toddler beds are available at no extra charge. These should be selected when doing your room configurations.
Room configurations: All rooms have zip and link beds that can be arranged as superkings or twins.
Dogs: 2 dogs are allowed at this property by prior arrangement. There is a charge of £50 per dog.
BBQ: There is a charcoal BBQ with one bag of charcoal provided. Available Easter to end October.
WIFI: There is WiFi, however this is a rural location and so the speeds may not be as quick as you are used to. We would recommend that you download anything that you might need before your stay to avoid being disappointed.
Sky: There is no Sky TV at Hill View but there is a Freeview TV. You can access Netflix on this with your own log-in details.
Wood-burner: There is a double sided wood-burning stove, with one basket of logs provided.
Food deliveries: Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco and COOK will all deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.
What's provided for your stay: There is enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for a dinner party. You'll find at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet. salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, a dish cloth and scourer sponge, ovengloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, 2-in-1 washing powder, hand soap.
Bed linen and towels: All duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided. Duvets and pillows are filled with synthetic fibres. Bath towels and hand towels are supplied. We recommend that you bring extra towels and appropriate footwear (flip-flops) for use in the hot tub and for going to and fro.
Hot tub: The hot tub is on the patio at the front of the house and can be used year round. It seats 6 guests.
Dining Table: The table is designed to seat all 16 guests.
