Booking:

We are able to hold a booking for 2 days if required. A 20% deposit is then necessary to secure the booking. The final amount is due 12 weeks prior to the arrival date. If a security deposit is required the amount will be shown when you make your booking. Any security deposit will be requested the week before you arrive and will be returned within 10 days of your departure, provided that the property is left in a satisfactory condition.    

Stay Duration:

3 night weekend: 4pm Fri - 10am Mon
4 night mid week: 4pm Mon - 10am Fri
7 night week: 4pm Fri - 10am Fri or 4pm Mon to 10am Mon

Directions: Once you have secured your holiday you'll find directions within your booking information.

Check In: 4 weeks before your stay you will be able to access your Check In Details within your booking. Here you will find the owners/managers contact information and details of how to access the property on your arrival.

Property information:

Number of guests: This property sleeps 18 guests in 9 bedrooms. In the grounds there are 4 Studios and a Lodge that provide additional accommodation for up to 12 guests - this is charged extra per person. Please see our EXTRA BEDS page for detail.

Note that whilst the dining room seats 14, larger groups can dine on two tables in the kitchen/orangery (this works well with younger children who need to eat earlier or teenagers who prefer to sit round together). Outside in the sunshine there's plenty of room for all.

Cots: There are 2 cots at this property.

Dogs: Dogs are not allowed at this property.

BBQ: There is a charcoal BBQ in the BBQ hut - charcoal is supplied. There is also a gas BBQ on the patio by the swimming pool and gas is supplied for this. Both BBQs are available year round.

WIFI: There is WiFi throughout the property.

Sky TV: There is Sky TV in the lounge at Hamble House, with Sports, Cinema and Disney.

Food Deliveries: Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco and Waitrose will all deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.

What's provided for your stay: There is enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for a dinner party. You'll find at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet. salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, a dish cloth and scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, 2-in-1 washing powder, hand soap, shower gel dispensers in all bathrooms, hairdryers in all bedrooms.

Bed linen and towels: All duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided. Duvets and pillows are filled with synthetic fibres. Bath towels and hand towels, robes and slippers are supplied. Towels are also provided for use in the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna; we ask that you do not take towels from the bedrooms for this. We recommend suitable footwear (such as flip-flops) for use around the spa facilties.
