So it's your job to organise a hen weekend and your group of girls just aren't into the nightclubbing, drunken L-plate kind of stuff, so you need to come up with something different, something more sophisticated. Fuzzy Orchard fits the bill perfectly, with snooze space for up to 14 guests, heaps of space, stylish interiors and plenty by way of relaxation; there's a fabulous indoor pool and a sauna, and just oustide the kitchen on the terrace is a big hot tub with a domed cover that you can push right back if it's hot and sunny. There's a cosy Scandinavian style BBQ lodge too, which is great for snuggling up under the fairy lights and chatting away, swapping stories, telling jokes; it'll be way past your bedtime before you know it.

If you're an outdoorsy bunch, or if you just appreciate peace and quiet, you'll love Fuzzy Orchard because it's set in its own two acres in private land and the outlook from every window is of lush green fields and wooded hillsides. You can stride out right from the doorstep for walks long or short; or if you go a little further you can explore the Blackdown Hills or the beautiful rugged Quantocks where you can explore the landscape on horseback with Quantock Trekking. You could jump on board a steam train with the West Somerset Railway and pootle through the countryside to the Somerset coast where you can alight and take in the sea air, or you could head down to Tiverton and sit back for a trip along the canal on a horse drawn barge followed by a drink on the Duck's Ditty Floating Bar. Visit one of the gorgeous country houses and gardens in the area; Hestercombe, Knightshayes, Killerton or Dunster Castle, take a shopping trip to Taunton, Exeter, or Clarks Village, or head over to the Jurassic Coast to Lyme Regis where you can try your hand at mackerel fishing out on a boat.

Have a look at our Things To Do Pages if you need more inspiration; we've listed places to eat, days out and activities, and on our Extras page you'll find ideas for in-house fun; try a life drawing class, a Crafty Hen Party experience making vintage corsages and bunting, or garters for the big day; shake your hips in a samba class, clap your hands and stamp your feet at flamenco, or learn the sensuous moves of belly dancing. Order in a personalised cake for the bride to be and get dressed up vintage style for an elegant afternoon tea, or get those little black dresses out for canapes and a cocktail class, or have them served by a slightly risque Butler in the Buff! Dine in style with a celebratory feast to tantalise your tastebuds - cooked for you by a tried and tested local caterer. Whatever you do, there'll be plenty of time to unwind and relax - and happy memories!
