We are able to hold a booking for 2 days if required. A 20% deposit is then necessary to secure the booking. The final amount is due 12 weeks prior to the arrival date. If a security deposit is required the amount will be shown when you make your booking. Any security deposit will be requested the week before you arrive and will be returned within 10 days of your departure, provided that the property is left in a satisfactory condition.

Number of guests: This property sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms.
Cots: A cot and highchair are available at no extra charge. These should be selected when doing your room configurations. A stairgate can also be provided - again, you will need to request this.
Room configurations: All rooms have zip and link beds that can be arranged as super kings or twins.
Dogs: Dogs are not allowed at this property.
BBQ: There is a gas BBQ with gas provided. This is available for use from Easter to the end of October.
BBQ Lodge: This is available for you to use all year round, though note that you will need to supply your own charcoal.
WIFI: There is WiFi, however this is a rural location and so the speeds may not be as quick as you are used to. We would recommend that you download anything that you might need before your stay to avoid being disappointed.
Sky: This property has SKY TV.
Music: There is a Bluetooth speaker at the property.
Food deliveries: Asda, Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco, COOK and Dart Fresh will all deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.
What's provided for your stay: There is enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for a dinner party. You'll find at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet. salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, a dish cloth and scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, hand soap, Welcome Packs of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Hairdryers in all bedrooms.
Bed linen and towels: All duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided. Duvets and pillows are filled with synthetic fibres. Cot mattress sheets, bath towels and hand towels are supplied.
Spa towels: These are not provided. We recommend that you bring extra towels and appropriate footwear (flip-flops) for use around the pool and hot tub and for going to and fro.
Swimming pool: The pool is outdoors on the terrace; it measures 16ft by 32ft and is heated to 28-30 degrees for use from Easter to November. The pool is shared with the property owners who use it only occasionally; it can be booked for exclusive use at an extra charge. You can also request to have the pool heated for use during November, though there will be an additional cost for this.
Hot tub: The hot tub is in the courtyard and can be used year round.
