With everyone so happy, you'll wish you could stay forever!

With a big curved TV and plenty of sumptuous seating for everyone, the living room is a very convivial space; have a game of charades, curl up and lose yourself in a good book, or get organised with plenty of popcorn and cosy up together for a movie night.

There's a whole lot of family fun to be had in the pool; it's an even 4 ft deep so you don't even have to be a good swimmer to join in, and there's room to two sides for loungers. Full length doors open onto the courtyard so you can step out for some fresh air whenever you like. Upstairs there's a loo and a shower, and the games room.

Kids love to hang out in the games room and loaf about on the big trendy floor cushions, but it needn't be only youngster territory; raise the challenge of a family table football or table tennis tournament - whoever loses can do 20 laps around the courtyard!
