At Sleeps12 we aim to provide great customer service at all times. We make sure that you are guided through your booking process and the lead up to the stay in your holiday property. We provide different ways for you to make your payments including using a debit or credit card over the phone with a member of our team. We also provide an online facility for making credit card and debit card payments online via the My Booking section of the home page where you can log into your own booking page and check your booking details and make secure payments. BACS transfer or a cheque are also methods of payment.

We do charge 2% for payments using a credit card when made online or over the phone. This is in line with Government Regulations and is there to ensure that we cover some of the charges we incur. 

All of our payments are secure and a receipt will be provided. All receipts are emailed to the lead booker and can also be found by logging onto the My Booking section of the website.
