The accommodation itself is attractive, well-equipped and spacious. The large kitchen area has a modern stainless steel range cooker with a halogen hob, an american style fridge/freezer with ice making facilities. All the water is from its own spring and has been double filtered when taken from the chilled water facility on the fridge. You will also find all modern appliances such as a microwave oven and integral dishwashers and washer dryer. .
Next to the kitchen is the large living-dining area where a feature fireplace surrounds the wood burning stove. South facing windows look out on to the timbered patio and beyond that the wonderful woodland. Along the corridor are 3 double bedrooms, one with French doors opening on to the patio with its own en-suite shower room, all bedrooms have zip and link beds and TV's. Another bathroom with a shower over the bath is between the other 2 doubles. .
The stairs leads from the living area up to a mezzanine, here you have a sofa bed for +2 with a TV and games area. This leads onto 2 other double bedrooms, again both with zip and link beds and TV's. These both share another bathroom with a shower over the bath. On the timber decked area is the wonderful hot-tub, picnic tables and BBQ and all you can hear are the birds and the water running from pond to pond
