Leave the M5 motorway at Junction 26 and follow the signs for the A38 (Exeter/Tiverton) (third exit off motorway roundabout).
At the next roundabout take the first exit signposted A38 Exeter/Tiverton.
After 100 yds approx. next roundabout straight over (signposted Exeter/Tiverton)
Continue until next rounabout (approx. 2 miles) and take first exit (staying on the A38 Tiverton/Exeter.
Continue on the A38 for 2/3 miles past Poachers Pocket pub on left, continue up the hill and take the next left for Culmstock.
Follow the winding road into Culmstock, past the Culm Valley Inn and over the bridge.
You will then pass a war memorial on your left and go through an S bend and start heading out of the village.
Take the next left turn, signed Blackborough and Dunkeswell.
In approx 1 mile take the second turning on the left, there is a grass triangle, go left here and Wayside is 300yds up the lane on your right.
