You enter the property through the hall into the large dining area where there is plenty of room for all 14 guests. The beautiful slate floor runs throughout the kitchen/diner and living area. Off the dining room is the large and stylish kitchen where you will find a 2 oven RangeMaster, american fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.

The living room has plenty of seating for the perfect family gathering. There is central heating throught the property with the woodburning stove adding that extra comfort during the colder months, with the 40" LCD TV with sky bringing the 21st luxury to this property.

There are 2 downstairs bedrooms off the living area, these can both be doubles or twins and share a bathroom, with overhead shower. There is a day bed in bedroom 6 for an extra child to stay. Both have freeview TV's.

A staircase next to the dining and living area leads upstairs to four bedrooms, two with en-suites. Three have zip and link beds so can be doubles or twins and one has a double bed. One of these has a day bed for an extra child. All four bedrooms have freeview TV's.

The games room, although attached, is accessed by going outside just a few yards. Here you have a snooker table, table football, a flat screen TV for gaming console and comfy seating. This also has the slate floor throughout.

Through the games room you access the swimming pool and spa area. The swimming pool is a constant depth for safety. The hot tub is suitably positioned so that you can relax and watch the others in the pool.

Outside there is a barbecue set up with table and chairs.
