- Exit M5 at Junction 26 and follow signs into Wellington town centre.
- At the traffic lights in the centre of Wellington turn right to Milverton (B3187).
- Continue for approx 2.5 miles and turn left signed Langford Budville.
- Go past The Martlett Inn on the left and take the 1st right (as leaving the village) signed to Greenham.
- After 150 yards at the cross roads go straight across.
- Continue down into the valley for about a mile.
- Go over a hump-back bridge and take the 2nd drive on your right into Wellisford Manor Farm.
- The Old Mill is the 2nd property on your left.
