When holidaying at Foxcombe there's no need to leave your favourite pet at home or in kennels - they can come too and have heaps of fun with their human family! There are miles and miles of the most gorgeous countryside right on your doorstep, so plenty of opportunities for some fantastic dog walks of all lengths; you might only want a short ambient stroll through fields or along forest tracks, or you might fancy something longer and more strenuous - whatever your choice, the beautiful Quantock Hills has it all - and lots of lovely views to boot. How about a climb to Wills Neck, the highest point in the Quantocks? Or a walk to the iron age fort of Cockercomber Castle? Or to the 2ft high bronze age Triscombe Stone? if you want to go further afield take your canine friend for some time on the rugged heaths of Exmoor National Park, or out onto the unique landscape of the Somerset Levels, or to one of the dog friendly beaches on the North Somerset coast - last time we checked, Brean, Berrow, Sand Bay and Kilve had no seasonal restrictions, so your doggie can run on the beach and splash in the sea whatever the time of year. Many of the village pubs are dog freindly too, though some restrict dogs to the bar area - but no need to leave your pet behind when you go for lunch or a pint of the local brew.

Dogs are welcome at this property by prior arrangement only; please speak to the office to arrange.  A small charge of £50 per dog will be added to the booking total. There are certain rules to abide by; please make sure you have read these before planning to bring your dog.
