On reaching the first roundabout take the first exit left on to the A38.

Follow this road until you have bypassed Wellington.
At the next roundabout take the first exit left.
Approx 1 mile you will come to a pub called The Beambridge on your left.
Take the right turn opposite the pub, signed to Holywell Lake.
Go straight across at the first crossroads.
Take the 2nd right turn, signed to Thorne St Margaret.
Go into Throne St Margaret and on reaching the church take the left just past the church signed to Wellisford.
Go for 1 mile to the end of this road where you will see a drive opposite signed The Stables, Fuzzy Orchard and Ham Bottom.
Go straight across down this drive and follow the signs to the Lodges, over the bridge and Fuzzy Orchard is the first property on your left, Ham Bottom is at the end of the track.
North Bound - Exit M5 at Junction 27 and follow the A38 to Wellington.
Approx 4m you will come to a pub called The Beambridge on your right.
Take the left turn opposite the pub, signed to Holywell Lake.
Go straight across at the first crossroads.
Take the 2nd right turn, signed to Thorne St Margaret.
Go into Throne St Margaret and on reaching the church take the left just past the church signed to Wellisford.
Go for 1 mile to the end of this road where you will see a drive opposite signed The Stables, Fuzzy Orchard and Ham Bottom.
Go straight across down this drive on the 2nd corner you will see a gateway ahead of you (on the right side of the track) with a drive to a barn conversion, please take this drive and we are at the bottom.
