The accommodation itself is attractive, well-equipped and spacious. The very large kitchen/diner has beautiful hand crafted oak furniture and oak flooring throughout, with a large range oven, coupled with all modern appliances, microwave, dishwasher and an american fridge/freezer with ice making facilities. With soft seating and a TV at one end this is the perfect place to congregate. Next to the kitchen is a games room/childrens snug, with TV, air hockey and lots of games. A lovely light airy hallway leads to a double bedroom with a 5ft bed and an en-suite shower-room/WC. There is also a separate WC on this floor. Opposite is the living room with oak flooring, an inglenook fireplace with a woodburning stove. Another bedroom can be found on this floor with a zip and link bed. There is a large utility/bootroom with washing machine and additional fridge.

First floor: Two double bedrooms, each with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room/W.C. Two twin-bedded rooms, one with zip & link beds. Bathroom/W.C. with walk in shower and bath.

The large garden offers privacy and has a patio with furniture and a barbecue stored within a lockable store shed (room enough for bikes and/or golf equipment) contaiing garden games like badminton and crocquet. There is also a children's play area including a trampoline, slide, swings and climbing frame.. There is a small fish pond within the garden with a large stream adjacent to the garden (toddlers beware!).
