Indulging in some retail therapy may be just what you need when you stay in one of our properties. You’ll find an excellent selection of towns, cities and outlet centres within a short drive of your property. With shopping destinations to suit all tastes you ‘ll probably find just what you’re looking for and a few things you weren’t!
If you haven’t visited Bath yet you are in for a real treat, full of regular high street shops Bath also has a fantastic selection of independent retailers and some lesser found shops such as Anthropology. Indulge yourself at Christmas time and visit the Bath Christmas Market where Bath is taken over by small stalls selling everything from Christmas decorations to hot food. Stop for a moment in Milsom Place or in the small lanes and alleys surrounding the Cathedral. With the new Southgate section of Bath near the station you’ll find plenty of well known shops and in the summer a pop up park or beach!
The country town of Somerset is fantastic for a short shopping trip with all the usual high street shops. Remember to visit on a Thursday where you’ll find a big Farmers Market perfect for picking up some things for tea.
A small town but full of unusual independent retailers. There are plenty of interior shops for those looking for a little something for the house. With local amenities such as a butcher, grocers and bakers you’ll find everything you need for a hearty meal. Wellington also boasts two haberdasheries and a hard wear shop!
A short drive from our properties takes you to Exeter the Cathedral City in Devon. Perfect for wondering around Exeter has the fantastic Princesshay shopping area where you’ll find well known shops and a wide selection of places to stop to eat. Venture out from the high street and Princesshay will take you to more independent shops. Magdalen Street has a village feel, Fore Street is often known as the artisan sector and a short walk down the hill and you’ll arrive at the Quay. Antique shops, cafes and artists it has a unique feel and perfect for presents.
Our two Gloucestershire properties are a short drive from Regency Cheltenham. A town with plenty to offer with well known brands throughout the main part of town. Walk down to Montpellier and find some excellent boutique shops.
If you love a bargain then spend the day at Clarks Village. Outlet shopping at its best there are over 90 shops waiting to be explored from popular brands such as M&S to smaller brands like Osprey you’ll not be disappointed. There are plently of places to stop for a bite to eat including Pizza Express and Frankie & Benny’s or for a coffee Costa and Pret. Who can resist an offer?

Kilver Court also boasts beautiful gardens and a wedding venue making this a diverse venue open 7 days a week.
